Another great podcast. Your praise of Think Tank is well placed in my opinion. I have 2 think tank shoulder bags which have not only the usual shoulder length strap but a short, removable strap for hand carry. I removed one and, of course, lost it. I went to their web site hoping they had such replacement accessories for sale. Not seeing one I contacted them to see if it would be possible to buy the strap. They asked for my address and 2 days later a replacement strap showed up. No charge.
